Let's Get It Started!

Welcome Ladies, here we go onto a new year and some new goals for running our triathlons! I'm so glad you can join me. Let's keep a blog so we can support each other in good times and bad throughout our training. Feel free to leave your comments and add new subjects.

Like last year, Cecilia made up a schedule of shorter distances. Each month we'll work up our endurance and stamina, by lengthening our distances. Starting in June, we should find outdoor locations to complete our "mini's."
Through past experience, I suggest that we each make sure that our bikes are tuned up and ready for the road. Save up for a "shorty" wet suit. Work in those new jogging shoes.

Ladies the nest time you go to the Pool let me know. I am having a hard time getting started on my own. Low energy I know "no excuses" I may need an extra push.
