- Justin & Cil
- Justin is a Navy Submariner. He enjoys serving aboard a Triton Sub. He's an excellent chef and even better husband and father. Justin loves to hunt, fish and camp. Cecilia is a full-time grad student. She loves being a mommy and especially loves being married to her Sailor. Life has been good to us. We live in a beautiful area amidst the pines and Lake Tahuyeh. Our children are smart, compassionate, and funny-as-heck. We love married life. We tolerate Navy life.

I know how everyone feels. I think that we should set some dates for all of us to swim...maybe once a week or so. Then, we'll have at least that one day to get together and work out. I know that having a set day and time motivates me by making me free up my schedule and set aside a time to devote to it. Let's make a weekly date to swim and share what's going on with eachother. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are good for me any time after noon. Tuesdays and Thursdays are good all day.
Ok as I mentioned to Cil. this morning I am proud of myself for working out the last few days. I have not registered for this tri-turtle-tri yet. Is reg. open? I do need to go to the pool. It would be great to all go together if we can work it out.
